The ‘inside out method’ (IOM) offers a holistic program to achieving optimal health through Interior Self’s unique six pillars approach.

This is for the woman who is seriously ready to upgrade their life!

With me by your side, we will address your main health goals, assess your current eating habits and curate a bespoke plan with actionable steps.

Our fortnightly sessions will cover a range of topics relevant to your health aspirations whilst connecting to IOM’s core pillars, such as nutrition for gut and hormonal health, natural skincare, holistic lifestyle recommendations, recipes suited to your dietary needs, ways to get better sleep, detoxification to effective stress management techniques.
